Books / Reading / Apps

There are many books available and these are just some of the ones that I have found helpful. Not all are specifically suicide related.

what suicide left behind

By Linzi Meaden. Obviously I had to mention my own book!  I've had so many private messages from readers saying how much it has helped them.

journey of souls

By Michael Newton.   Case studies of life between lives with extraordinary stories.

The worst is over

By Judith Acosta & Judith Prager.  Hailed as "The Bible for Crisis Communication". What to say when every moment counts (a verbal first aid to promote healing and safe lives).

the gift

By Edith Eger.  A survivors journey to freedom.  Her incredible story of Auschwitz and what it taught her.

what the dead are dying to teach us

By Claire Broad (known as the "honest medium"). We are so much more than our physical experience.

the boy, the mole, the fox & the horse

By Charlie Mackesy.  Quite simply, this book warms the heart. Perfect for bedside table or coffee table.

A Life of Food - Dom Stanway-Williams

This book is born of Dom’s passion for all things food-related and his family's wish that his writing, recipes and stories are brought to life, so we can all share in the food odyssey which was so central to Dom’s life. They are self-printing and distributing the book themselves.
The remaining proceeds; approx £8, will go to the Thame Food Bank and Community Larder (run by the Sharing Life Trust) who champion Food Poverty and Combating Food Waste, both causes dear to Dom’s heart.
