Therapy & Coaching Techniques

The Havening Techniques®

The Havening Techniques® is truly remarkable as a therapeutic tool for working with PTSD and the effects of trauma.  Unlike EMDR, Havening naturally produces delta waves and doesn't require the client to re-live the pain of going back over the emotional pain repeatedly in the session.   By following the correct protocol, Havening allows us to specifically target encoded trauma in the amygdala, releasing the emotions and delinking the thoughts from the feelings. Scientific research, case studies and evidence from clients (globally), shows us that flashbacks, disturbing thoughts and images, distressing memories and more can all be removed using this methodology.  There are many variations to this method and with the proper training and experience, Havening works for releasing anxiety, panic attacks, fears, phobias, addictions, building resilience, boosting confidence, improving performance and general everyday wellbeing.

"It's a powerful modern day technique for mind health

and everyone across the globe should use it!"

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis has been around for thousands of years.  Using hypnosis for therapy is extremely powerful and effective because it's working with our subconscious mind at a deeper level.  If you think about it, we are in a hypnotic trance a lot of the time (day dreaming at our desks, driving from one place to another and not remembering part of the journey, watching adverts on TV telling us that this new product will make us feel amazing so the next day we find ourselves buying it even though we didn't really need it, eating food from the fridge not remembering that you just did....).  You get the picture.....the things we do (or don't do) each day that we are not consciously aware of.  Clinical & Professional Hypnotherapy works with your subconscious mind to make positive powerful changes.

Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP)

NLP changes underlying patterns and behaviours.  It looks at what is not working or benefitting you (behaviours, actions, thoughts, patterns, the images you create in your mind, your internal dialogue etc) and changes (or re-programmes) these using different powerful techniques at a subconscious level. Hypnosis is also an application of NLP and when combined, the possibilities are extremely powerful for working with the mind.  CBT, on the other hand, tries to help by making sense of problems (thoughts and behaviours) and is limited to processing this at a conscious level (therefore not working with the subconscious mind).

Additional Techniques & Methods

Over the past 2 decades, I've studied and trained with many experts in their field of psychology, trauma, therapy and coaching.  As a result, I have a vast toolbox of learnings and skills that I use when working with clients and have developed my own unique style of therapeutic coaching.

Combining psychosensory therapies with hypnotic language and a passion for helping everyone I work with, my mission is to equip as many people as I can with powerful mind techniques so there's less relience on the NHS/medication and more personal responsibility for our own mental wellbeing.
